Posted on Nov 1, 2015 by in Project Notes | 0 comments

MOTUS are the Italian theatre directors Enrico Casagrande and Daniela Francesconi Nicolò and their company. MOTUS have been working together for 25 years, producing stage works that weave between genres, time periods and mediums and which often feature video as a technology for narrative and mediation.

In 2014, MOTUS worked with the students of Manufacture to create a stage adaptation of Paul Auster’s Leviathan. In the context of this project (DS/PS 2016), they will work on Paosolini’s Pylade « Qui était Pylade? ».

The following trailer is from MOTUS latest work MDLSX. Much more of their work can be seen on their vimeo page and on their website.
